Enrollment Policy
The OUSD is implementing a new registration policy called the Options Process. For new students in an elementary school, the following priorities are used:
- First Priority: Children in the neighborhood.
- Second Priority: Siblings of current students. For kindergarten only; this priority doesn't apply for grades 1 through 5.
- Third Priority: Students whose school is or would be a Program Improvement school.
- Fourth Priority: Open lottery.
